How to take care of a newborn pup that the mother will not nurse?

our dog had a litter of 8 the mom will not nurse the runt she pushes it away. It almost died and i revived it we are now taking care of the puppy feeding it puppy formula. I want this puppy to make it, is there any advice anyone can give me? I do keep it warm but any other information will be greatly appreciated. the puppy is 1 day old.
