How do I save abandoned bunnies?

I am trying to save half a litter of abandoned bunnies. I think their mother abandoned them because my children and husband had been using the rabbit hole as a commode while out in the back yard. Since we have 2 acres they dont always feel like coming all the way back in the house. I cant cast stones because I did that once too but not in a rabbit hole. Defecating in a rabbit hole is too much for me. The worst part is that there isn't even toilet paper. I think my family just doesn't mind the itch the follows. I couldn't take it so I dipped in the pool before I came in the house. Anyway, how do I go about saving the rabbits? Their mother has abandoned them and they need to be raised by humans now. How do I salvage the abandoned rabbits?
