Automatic Cat Litter Boxes...?

From what I hear from clients at the vet office I work at, the automatic boxes generally don't work well for long-term (getting clogged, expensive to replace batteries, parts, etc..) and most cats won't use it because it frightens them. You could try it and see because every cat is different, but I wouldn't waste MY own money on one. I bought an automatic meal feeder recently. That's money well spent lemme tell you, ahhhh I get to sleep in now past 5 in the morning ;)
