Can Mike Williams of the Seattle Seahawks do it?

Williams is nothing special. His biggest games came against bad secondaries. He doesn't have the speed to seperate from quality corners, isn't a good at running routes, and doesn't use his massive size to his advantage well enough. He has the potential to get better though especially with a coach who knows how to use him correctly. With that said, I don't think he'll ever reach the level of a top possession receiver like Brandon Marshall or Larry Fitzgerald.
