Why are the Sharks so bad if they have such a good team?

They're not having a great season but hey, neither are the Bulls as champions. And the Stormers are conference leaders and easily the best SA team, look at their outside back - Habana, de Villiers, Fourie, Aplon, Jantjes. Sharks can't match that, they're in a slump just, their season isn't going anywhere in my opinion
