Pom/min pin mix puppy upset tummy?

she is eating drinking and playing fine, but she had been throwing up, mainley dog food, she goes to the vet friday for a check up. I'm just wondering if puppies just get a upset tummy sometimes. She has no diarrea and is a strictly indoors dog, (being litter trained)
