My rat just had a litter of 11 unexpectedly, what do I feed her to keep her healthy?

my friend bought me a rat a few weeks ago as a surprise, she started getting really fat recently, and she had a surprise litter of 11 today. I would like to know what to feed her to keep her healthy, and be able to provide nutrients for her pups.
