Is this roadmaster a good bike?

i don't know where to start on road master .the parts they use a crap,every weld is sloppy a thin and the ride is usually not very good.......................if you want a good bike i would look in craigslist because theirs is not many good bikes for that cheap so i would buy used....................................… you could use sears
