If I Add Manic Panic Vampire Red To A Demi Permanent Dye Would It Add Red Tones?

I recently dyed my hair Ion color brilliance's demi permanent light brown red, i dyed it over really bright strawberry red hair so the red still shows through, im trying to dye some light brown extensions to match it so if i use the same dye on the extensions and add some manic panic vampire red would it give it a more red tint?
