I'm using Ion Color Brilliance coloring...questions?

i would use bleach. maybe with a 20 or 30 volume u wanna do the darkest part of your hair 1st.so if ur roots are brown that makes sense. Whati would to is die all the non highlighted parts then die the hair again waiting 4 weeks after the 1st job. in the mean time conditioning it every time u wash and maybe a treatment every week. after the second job use something like shimmerlights to get the brassyness out or have a professional put a toner in your hair.
