I have pain in the sacroiliac, what is the best treatment for this?

my left foot turns inward and I walk on the outer ridge of my foot, I thought this was a hip issue, I have been in pain since a fall 24 years ago, my foot has always done that but until the fall caused no problems. no one has been able to help in fact I just found out it was the sacroiliac pain. a chiropractor helped for awhile--- any ideas??
